Zwei Wochen Inselhopping auf den Seychellen (Afrika) bei tropischen Temperaturen und hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit. Auf der Hauptinsel Mahé waren wir mit einem Mietwagen unterwegs, um z.B. der Rum-Destillerie „Takamaka“ oder der Hauptstadt Victoria einen Besuch  abzustatten. Weiter ging es mit der Fähre zur Insel Praslin, mit seiner Vielzahl von Traumstränden und dem Nationalpark „Vallee de Mai“. Auf den Seychellen existiert eine reiche endemische Flora und Fauna, die man im Vallee de Mai aus nächster Nähe bestaunen kann. Zwei Nächte auf der Insel „Chauve Souris“ vermittelten ein „Robinson-Crusoe-Gefühl“ (direkt vom Zimmer aus Schnorcheln). Abschließend im Luxushotel „Le Domaine de l’Orangeraie“ auf der Insel La Digue mit einer Vielzahl von absoluten Traumstränden. Am letzten Tag haben wir eine äußerst interessante Crystal-Kayak-Tour mitgemacht. 

Two weeks of island hopping in the Seychelles (Africa) in tropical temperatures and high humidity. We were on the main island of Mahé in a rental car, for example to visit the “Takamaka” rum distillery or capital city of Victoria. We continued by ferry to the island of Praslin, with its multitude of dream beaches and the “Vallee de Mai” national park. The Seychelles has a rich endemic flora and fauna, which can be admired up close in the Vallee de Mai. Two nights on the island of “Chauve Souris” gave us a “Robinson Crusoe feeling” (snorkeling right in front of our room). Finally, in the luxury hotel „Le Domaine de l’Orangeraie“ on the island of La Digue with a multitude of absolutely dream beaches. On the last day we took part in an extremely interesting Crystal Kayak tour.
